This is Mimi's recipe book. Of course, I realize that there are real recipe books out there, but have you ever noticed that of the dozens, if not hundreds, of recipes in a single book, you only ever end up using a couple? Why keep around books upon books for just a few recipes?

I was first inspired to create a cooking blog just in order to keep my own frequently used recipes handy. I'm also working to expand my own cooking horizons, and this is good motivation! If I put it up here, chances are, I've made it more than once, and intend to make it again. So its yummy! 🙂

The occasional post about gardening and crafting will probably also make it onto this blog.
